YOUR ROLE
· Ensures closing and reporting in due time and quality based on current and effective closing procedures
· Guarantees set-up of annual statutory accounts
· Enhances cooperation and further development of General Accounting processes
· Acts as contact point for auditors, actuaries, and other professional services firms
· Participates in projects impacting general accounting topics, e.g. investment projects, M&A, system migrations, restructuring projects
· Ensures compliance with Henkel Accounting Guidelines and statuatory accounting guidelines
· Is responsible for the implementation and execution of Accounting related internal controls
· Monitors the development of relevant local accounting regulations and ensures timely implementation of new requirements
· Ensures execution of Accounting related internal controls Implements new local accounting requirements
· Acts as a partner in the business decision making process by assessing impacts on financial statements
YOUR SKILLS
· Graduated with a degree in Public Accounting With specialization or diploma studies in IFRS and taxes.
· 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting and tax positions
· Experience in multinational companies reporting to headquarters.
· Intermediate-advanced level of English
· Excellent Excel, database, SAP skills
· Good communication skills, team player, proactive, dynamic and leadership focused.
